Services
Our legal support services are designed to assist in various real estate legal matters. These services are provided personally and depend heavily on scheduled appointments and expert consultation.
Info Products
Info Products include any digital information, guides, and educational material provided by Consultant designed to assist clients with legal knowledge.
Goods
This category includes any tangible items sold by Consultant that complement our support services.
2. Refund policy
Services
Due to the specific nature of the legal support services which require scheduling and personalized expert involvement, refunds are not generally offered once the service has commenced or a consultation date has been confirmed.
However, if a client needs to reschedule a service appointment, Consultant allows transfers to a future date at no additional charge if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Info Products
For digital info products, a refund may be granted only if the product was defective or not accessible due to technical errors caused by Consultant. Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase via our contact form.
Goods
Physical goods can be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us through the contact form. Upon acceptance, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
3. Refund method
All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear.
4. Liability and limitations
Consultant provides legal support in good faith and based on the information available. The client understands that outcomes depend on multiple variables beyond Consultant's control.
